PRE-ARRIVAL POLICY

Before your appointment at Bespoke Aesthetics and Dermatology, we kindly request that you arrive without any makeup if you are here for a facial/aesthetic skin evaluation (but if you cannot do not fret).

Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to provide you with prompt and efficient service.

Please fill out the medical or aesthetic questionnaires that were sent to you when you scheduled your appointment prior to your arrival.

CANCELATION POLICY

At Bespoke Aesthetics and Dermatology, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. To ensure that we can accommodate all our valued clients, we request that you notify us of any cancellations as soon as possible or outside of the 24 hour window.

Our online scheduling system through ‘Charm Scheduling’ can help us in managing our appointments effectively, and reducing the occurrence of no-shows. By setting up a cancellation policy, we can make sure that everyone benefits from our services. We kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to our cancelation policy. If you no show twice without a cancelation we unfortunately will no longer be able to see you as a patient.

PAYMENT POLICY

At Bespoke Aesthetics and Dermatology, we strive to provide exceptional skin care and dermatology services. To ensure seamless and efficient transactions, we accept multiple payment methods. Currently we are accepting Venmo, Square and for your convenience we accept exact cash payments. Please note that deposits may be required for certain treatments or procedures.

Our fees associated with no-shows, cancelations, and late arrivals are designed to ensure that we can continue to provide high-quality care to our valued clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in complying with our payment policies.

PRICING

Transparent pricing is important at Bespoke so that you understand what you are receiving with your appointment. There are no hidden fees. Note that at each appointment you will be given time and attention to discuss your dermatological needs. We value the ability to take this time to care for you without the worry of rigid time constraints.

Initial dermatologic consultation $100

Recheck appointment without new concerns $75

Recheck appointment with new concerns $100

Additional treatments, procedures or products will be an additional charge. This will be will be discussed in detail with you.

Weight loss consultation and aesthetic consultation is free of charge but treatments and product pricing will be discussed and charged accordingly.

Although Bespoke does not accept insurance we are happy to provide your treatment invoices that you can submit to your insurance at your discretion. We are also happy to provide and prescribe appropriate medications that you are able to run through your insurance plan.
